Position Overview:
We are looking for a Painting Supervisor to oversee and manage painting projects, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in residential and commercial painting, and the ability to lead a team of painters effectively

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage painting projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Assess site requirements, including surface preparation, paint types, and material estimation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences and ensure their expectations are met.
• Allocate tasks to painters and monitor their performance to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and proper workmanship.
• Manage inventory of paints, tools, and materials required for projects.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide daily progress updates to management and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, including quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in residential and commercial painting projects.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Education: Diploma or certification in painting, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to assess project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to ensure their enforcement on-site.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
