Clazar platform provides a go-to-market solution to SaaS Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) leveraging cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP). Clazar aims to make listing, selling, and managing activities on all cloud marketplaces seamless for ISVs. As a value add, Clazar minimizes overall integration and operational involvement for its customers.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Engineer Leader to drive pre-sales and solutioning efforts in our B2B sales team. This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and customer engagement skills to deliver tailored solutions, align technology with business needs, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development:

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions

- Work closely with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to potential clients1

- Act as a technical expert and advisor to clients during the sales process

2. Customer Engagement:

- Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings, articulating technical concepts.

- Address objections and ensure solutions meet business outcomes.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams for continuous improvement.

4. Innovation and Process Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to refine offerings.

- Develop processes and frameworks for scalable solutions.

- Build, mentor, and manage a team of A+ Solution Engineers

Requirements:

- 7+ years of proven experience in solution engineering for B2B SaaS.

- Strong technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, integrations).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.
