About Clazar:

Clazar aims to make listing, selling, and managing activities on all cloud marketplaces seamless for ISVs. As a value add, Clazar minimizes overall integration and operational involvement for its customers.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to potential clients1
- Act as a technical expert and advisor to clients during the sales process
2. Customer Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings, articulating technical concepts.
- Address objections and ensure solutions meet business outcomes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams for continuous improvement.
4. Innovation and Process Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to refine offerings.
- Develop processes and frameworks for scalable solutions.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of A+ Solution Engineers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience in solution engineering for B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, integrations).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.
