Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist founders in financial analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
  
• Develop and maintain financial models to support fundraising efforts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
  
• Provide analytical insights on market trends and competitor activity.
  
• Support the development of business plans, presentations, and reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or related field (startup preferred).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Finance).
  
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, business law, problem solving, fund raising, financial planning, and business planning concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
