Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Quality Control Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our CRM system. The role involves both manual and automated testing, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices, and the use of tools like Jira and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

• Test Case Development: Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans to cover all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
• Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure all CRM features and workflows operate as intended.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify that new updates or changes do not impact existing functionalities.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with end-users to conduct UAT and gather feedback to ensure the system meets business requirements.

Automated Testing:

• Automated Test Frameworks: Design and develop automated testing frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium.
• Script Execution: Implement and execute automated test scripts to assess the functionality, reliability, and performance of the CRM system.
• Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure ongoing quality assurance and timely detection of issues.

General Quality Control:

• Issue Tracking: Document and track defects and issues found during testing, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Data Integrity: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data consistency and accuracy within the CRM system.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on test results, defect resolution status, and overall system quality for management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and analyze CRM processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance roles, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL, data analysis tools, and reporting functionalities.
• Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, specifically Selenium.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Jira: Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and report quality control activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification or related IT certifications.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in specific industries where Microsoft Dynamics CRM is commonly used, such as Banking, Insurance, or Manufacturing.
