Job Description
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Use digital tools and ClassMonitors platform to conduct interactive learning sessions.
Assess and record childrens progress and provide grades and feedback.
Maintain discipline and a positive environment during online sessions.
Communicate with parents about their child's progress and potential.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends and integrate new teaching strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a teacher for early childhood or primary education.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in using computer and internet applications for teaching.
A stable internet connection and a laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone.
Ability to engage young learners and tailor lessons according to their needs.
Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to use digital and offline resources.
Empathetic and patient, with excellent communication skills.
Availability to work 4 hours per day.
