We have urgent opening for the position of Dy. manager/ Manager - Contracts for our Mumbai Projects.
Work Location: BKC, Mumbai
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Contract Manager to join our growing team at Solitaire, one of the fastest-growing real estate brands. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract phases, with a strong background in rate analysis and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil)
- Proven experience in rate analysis and contract management
- Strong understanding of Pre-Contract and Post-Contract procedures
- Experience in real estate development or construction contracts is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
