1) Preparation and Adherence to SOP for Security

2) Managing Security Manpower for All the positions

3) Training to Security Personnel

4) Management and control of records & Process :

(a) Visitors management

(b) Vehicle Movement

(c) Material Inward & Outward

(d) Courier Management

(e) Employee In/Out

(f) Gate Pass & Movement Controls

(g) Discipline and Safety

5) Vigilance on Internal & External Activities

6) Control on Pets and Animal Nuisance

7) CCTV Monitoring, Ensuring Up-Time & Appropriate Backup record

8) Co-ordination with the Third Party Security Agency & Liaison with Local Police

9) Adherence to Internal Reporting Structure

10) Vigilance at Company provided accommodation includes Colony, Bachelors accommodation & Staff Quarter.
