Role & Responsibilities • Identify, bid on, and secure new projects in interior design and modular kitchen spaces. • Assess client needs, gather project requirements, and align them with design possibilities. • Develop comprehensive project timelines, including milestones and delivery schedules. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and communicate effectively with clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and consultations. • Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile • Education: Any graduate degree. •

Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or modular kitchen industry. •

Skills: • Fluent in English and Tamil with strong communication and presentation abilities. • Effective sales and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of interior design concepts and project management.
