Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and high-volume roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and a smooth recruitment process.
  • Ensure quality candidate selection, maintaining high standards of fit for the organization and team culture.

2. Advanced Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies (Resdex, headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals) to attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

3. Candidate Screening & Interviews

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral skills.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective interview processes that align with role requirements and company culture.

4. Offer Negotiation & Closing

  • Manage offer negotiations, ensuring balance between candidate expectations and organizational compensation structures.
  • Lead the closing process, minimizing offer declines and enhancing offer acceptance rates.

5. Recruitment Metrics & Process Optimization

  • Monitor and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize the recruitment lifecycle and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring for critical roles.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong negotiation and offer management experience.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and process optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
