Senior Manager - Finance/Accounting - US Process - Manufacturing Firm (8-10 yrs)

1. Oversee US Overseas Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of US-based overseas accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Tax and compliance.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, in compliance with US GAAP and international accounting standards-Variance analysis

3. International Accounting and Taxation: Provide expertise on international accounting and taxation, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and withholding taxes.

4. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and analyses to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

5. Internal Controls and Risk Management: Design, implement, and maintain internal controls and risk management processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reporting variance to management and group

6. Team Management and Development: Lead, manage, and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure their growth and development.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial results, plans, and analyses to senior management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as auditors and regulatory bodies. Liasoning with auditors, accounts team, attorney and other depts.

Requirements:

1. Education: MBA(Finance& Accounting), or CPA or CMA certification preferred.

2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in US-based overseas accounting.

3. Skills:

- Expertise in US GAAP, international accounting standards, and financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of international taxation, transfer pricing, and foreign tax credits.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficient in financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Financial Modeling, and forecasting tools.
