Senior Business System Analyst (NetSuite Admin)

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications Team in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida, India. This role is critical in managing, optimizing, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it aligns with business processes and scales with company growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, customization, and integrations, along with a deep understanding of business operations, ERP best practices, and security policies.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 6 years of experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization.
• Expertise in NetSuite ERP modules, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and CRM.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP REST), SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience with NetSuite system configuration, including workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, permissions, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations, including RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of ERP best practices, financial processes, and data governance.
• Experience with NetSuite sandbox refreshes, system upgrades, and release management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance, SOD policies, and system audits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

It would be great if you also had:

• NetSuite Administrator Certification (strongly preferred).
• Experience in NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary implementations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and XML for system customizations.
• Experience working with third-party applications like Salesforce, Zuora, and Oracle EBS.
• Familiarity with financial operations and accounting principles.
• Experience leading NetSuite implementation or upgrade projects.

What You ll Be Doing in This Role

• Serve as the go-to NetSuite expert within the organization, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
• Lead NetSuite administration, user management, and security controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
• Manage NetSuite integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure seamless data flow between applications.
• Support compliance, security, and audit initiatives, ensuring adherence to governance policies.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to enhance user adoption.
• Stay current with NetSuite updates, industry trends, and best practices, recommending system improvements.

Work Hours Location

• Full-time role, with a minimum of 9 hours/day 45 hours/week.
• The India-based team supports global business operations across Asia, GMT, and EST/CST time zones.
• Work timings: 2:00 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST (to align with international teams).
