Sales Commission Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Commission Analyst to join our Sales Commissions team in Hyderabad, who can support in leading best-in-class sales compensation processes and activities to enable sales compensation to be a driver to support business objectives. Meets operational performance objectives, identifies, and executes on ideas that allow for continuous improvement in existing processes. Works collaboratively with internal teams and Clarivate s unified Sales Operations team and with key external stakeholders from sales to ensure departmental objectives are met.

We work in a very collaborative environment, with flexibility on individual choice for place of work and time, our focus is more to get the deliverable as per prescribed timelines.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelors/University level degree in related business or operations field required or MBA or equivalent masters degree preferred.
• Sales commission experience would be preferred.
• Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
• Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, and VBA would be advantageous.
• Responsible for managing and analysing sales compensation data to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations. Involves collaborating with sales and finance teams to optimize commission structures and reporting processes.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Accurately performs and processes commission calculations based on sales data, adhering to compensation and sales incentive plan guidelines.

• Analyze and audit commission data to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards for sales management and other stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

• Proactively identify and resolve commission discrepancies and provide support in resolving commission disputes.

• Maintain and update commission structures and policies, with a focus on enhancing processes and improving systems and tools.

• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support sales commissions strategy and decision-making.

• Respond to inquiries from sales teams regarding commissions and any discrepancies.

Hours of Work

2 PM to 11 PM IST (Mon-Friday)
