We are looking for transformative Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Apps Studio. We help businesses transform via augmented processes and the continual enhancement of their enterprise architecture. We provide the expertise to enable organizations to take advantage of the latest in machine learning and data science platforms and services. Required Qualifications:

• Industry and project experience of 3 to 7 yrs in ServiceNow
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented areas such CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations etc.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Knowledge or experience of Agile or SCRUM.
• Excellent Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes
• Excellent Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in the development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality, value, and best practices.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL processes and best practice approaches.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified CSM, ITSM, and ITOM Implementation Specialist.
