Project Sales Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage and drive LED lighting projects, particularly in the public sector. Handle lighting bidding tenders, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing success rates. Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee the appointment and placement of LED lighting for various projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech in Electronics (preferred) with MBA in Management. Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and public sector tendering processes. Proven ability to handle large-scale projects from bidding to execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
