Role & responsibilities

Worked on various LOBs like post settlement, E-settlement, and Pre-Assessment

. • Pre-Assessment- we will check and verify all the documents and we will create template by naming the documents.

• Post settlement Final settlement in full discharges where we verify funds, customer name, funds with certain applications like PEXA, LYNX, MVS and FMS.

• Processing the discharge of mortgage request after verifying the loan repayment.

• Acknowledgement letter to the borrower after processing the discharge request

. • Prepare various reports like End of Day Report & Pending tracker, Allocation of work, Forecast of work.

• Assess clients financial situations and provide expert advice on suitable mortgage products

. • Collaborate with lenders to find the best rates and terms for clients.

• Guide clients through the loan application and approval process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals
