Requirements:
• Worked as counsellor and should have team handling experience.
• Experience in the EduTech/EdTech domain.
• Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5-7+ years of sales management experience preferable in managing inside sales teams.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
• Should have team handling experience of Admission Counsellors/BDA
• Lead and manage a team of Counsellors/inside sales representatives to meet sales targets at team levels.
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage
• Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, asking for referrals, giving satisfying answers to customers, creating trust, and leading by values of the company.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
• Preparing & sharing the reports on time
• Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
