We are looking for a talented Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to advise, consult and sell to parents in Europe/US.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and influencing skills.
The goal is to close every qualified parent prospect. The role includes owning the entire process of converting a customer - reviewing the demo class, seeking feedback from the teacher, setting up conversations with the parent, convincing about our value proposition, and closing the sale.
Start date : ASAP
Employment Type : Full-time, in office

Responsibilities :
- Initiating phone/video conference conversations with parents to convince them after the demo class
- Own the sale - follow up and close every parent prospect. Learn from every conversation and be better than yesterday
- Communicate the value proposition across all channels - email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or Zoom call
- Know your numbers, and work on improving the numbers - never settle. Be conscious of the conversion rate and average revenue generated per closure
- Consultative sales - this requires one to understand the expectations of the prospect and tie the same to the benefits of the product
- Keep CRM updated with all conversations
Skills Required :
- Engineering degree mandatory
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to have a conversation with ease with the prospects
- Ability to deliver sales pitches effectively depending on the prospect
- Ability to handle push-back and be able to influence
- Confident and a high-growth mindset
- High learning ability to understand the industry, geography, key terminologies, concepts, and product quickly to be effective in the field
