Greeting from Birla Fertility & IVF (A Unit of CK Birla Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) We are looking to hire Assistant Manager- Finance, Gurgaon.

Minimum Education + Experience: CA with 0 - 2 years of experience in Big Four or Article ship from Big Four companies. Fresher can also apply.

Office Timings: 9AM - 6PM (2 Sat's off)

Offered CTC: 8 - 10 Lacs max

Key Job & Responsibilities-

• Book-keeping of corporate cost center
• Preparation of financial statement under IndAS and Indian GAAP of stand alone, subsidiary and consolidation
• Preparing consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet as part of month end activities.
• Preparing schedules required for Balance Sheet for annual statutory audit
• Preparing workings required for Right to Use (ROU), lease liability, segment reporting, ECL, fixed asset schedule.
• Supporting Finance Controller in statutory audit in handling annual statutory audit and working with Big4 auditors
• Corporate Accounting which includes allocation of common cost, finance cost (interest), etc.
• Maintaining P&L of BirlaNest (digital) business and be the first POC for any business support
• Driving month-end checklist compliance and ensuring tasks are completed as per timelines
• Assisting in treasury activities - fund management and working capital review, loan covenant compliance, etc.
• Collaborating with internal finance team for getting data required for consolidating various reports and schedules.
• Assisting in preparing quarterly board presentation deck
• Maintaining mapping of Chart of Accounts for preparing financial statements
• Assisting taxation lead in filing and timely payment of TDS, GST and income tax of stand-alone and subsidiary companies.
• Working on new ERP implementation. Assisting Finance Controller and Taxation Lead in Masters mapping, data migration, etc.
• Finding scope of automation and leading its implementation efforts
