Birla Fertility & IVF (A Part of CK Birla Healthcare) is hiring:

Designation: Senior Executive, HR (Onboarding specialist)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-5 Years
Key Job & Responsibilities:
- Taking care of Pre-joining, joining & post joining formalities of new joiners.
- Advance preparation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter & Joining announcements of new joiners and keep them signed from the HR Head
- On the day of joining, helping with new joiners for form filling, documents collection, etc.
- Gather and process paperwork & creating emp. Ids of new joiners.
- Welcome new joiners in the organization sharing Joining Announcement in different WhatsApp and email groups.
- Create Monthly payroll of new hires.
- Readiness & regular audit of files.
- Informing all external stakeholders on joining status Weekly

Office Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM (2 Sat's Off)
Salary: Best as per marked standard
