Civil Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of work progress, materials used, and any deviations from the plan.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by enforcing health & safety regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or supervision role.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  
• Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
