Well there is job security in this company as i haven't heard of anyone been removed from company. There is ok ok culture and there policies are equally fair. It's above average and is a good company to work with.
- Salary - Good
There is only one thing that one will get promotion only after 3 yrs or may be more. Even if you are way capable for next post and your RM is also willing to promote HR will say no. Only thing I hated. Rest company is good.
