Job Description
- Build and develop the project team to ensure highperformance by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from start to finish, including definingrequirements, setting schedules, estimating budgets, and planningimplementation, while managing risks.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensureprojects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients,providing regular updates on project status and changes.
- Set and manage processes for project scope, quality, andperformance standards, and assess risks.
- Manage performance databases across digital, print,social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors andcontractors.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiencyand maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and risks to management andescalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience on site.
- Experience with tools like, Autocad, & MS office forusability.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Proven success working with all management levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with project planning software like ZohoProjects.
- Experience in developing internal process platforms.
- Experience in coaching project team members to enhancetheir skills.
Education
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma - Civil
