Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced teaching faculty to join our team and contribute to the academic excellence of our students preparing for competitive exams like JEE and NEET. Role & responsibilities

*Subject Matter Expertise:

• In - Depth knowledge of their subject Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology
• Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and trends of JEE/NEET.

*Effective Teaching:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching strategies.
• Conduct regular classes and doubt solving sessions.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.

*Student Mentoring:

• Provide individual guidance and support to students.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly.

*Exam Preparation:

• Conduct mock tests and analyze student performance.
• Develop effective exam - taking strategies.
• Prepare students for high pressure exam situations.

*Curriculum Development:

• Align teaching materials with the latest exam trends.
• Administrative Tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Participate in faculty development programs and workshops.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience and demonstrable success success in teaching for JEE or NEET exams.
