Key Responsibilities: -Influencer Identification: Research and identify influencers whose brand and audience align with Cittagames values and target market. -Outreach & Negotiation: Building relationships with influencers will be key. Initiate and manage communication with influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and build strong professional relationships. -Content Strategy: Develop and suggest creative content ideas to influencers to ensure engaging and on-brand promotions. -Campaign Management: Oversee influencer campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline standards. -Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize future influencer collaborations.
Qualifications: -Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
Preferred language: Hindi proficiency preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify and engage with the right influencers.
Creativity: Strong ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
