We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEOs schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEOs Schedule: Coordinate and manage the CEOs calendar, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled and confirmed.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO, as well as prepare and manage travel itineraries.
Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO, as well as respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
Confidential Matters: Handle confidential and sensitive matters, including personnel issues, financial information, and other sensitive topics.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as coordinating events, managing budgets, and conducting research.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team, as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documents.
Qualifications
BBA / MBA, Communications, or a related field.
