Citadel Propcon Private Limited is seeking a Transaction Advisory Consultant with experience in the real estate industry to advise clients on strategic investments, mergers, acquisitions, and property transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and risk management to ensure our clients make informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial and risk analyses on real estate transactions, evaluating factors such as property value, revenue potential, and ROI.

- Support clients in making informed decisions regarding acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures within the real estate sector.

- Prepare detailed transaction reports, deal summaries, and risk assessments for senior management and clients.

- Assist in structuring deals and negotiate terms with stakeholders to maximize value for all parties involved.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, providing continuous support throughout transaction processes.

- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure compliance and due diligence in every transaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory within the real estate industry.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

- Familiarity with market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes in the real estate sector.
