Cloverleaf/InterSystems HealthConnect Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Framework: The role involves working in an Agile environment, meaning the person will be involved in delivering work products (solutions) in sprints or iterative cycles. This includes collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.
2. HL7 Interfaces: HL7 is a standard for transmitting healthcare information. The candidate will need to have experience working with HL7 interfaces, which enable data exchange between healthcare systems.
3. Technical Design & Reviews: Youll be responsible for reviewing and designing the technical architecture for integration projects, especially for Epic EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems, and integration engines like Cloverleaf and HealthConnect.
4. Migration: The role involves migrating interfaces from Cloverleaf to HealthConnect/Ensemble, so experience in this process is critical.
5. Client & Team Interaction: The position requires working with both on-site clients and cross-functional teams (like US teams, analysts, offshore development teams). Strong communication skills are important.
6. Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving any issues or incidents reported by end-users, and escalating any risks or quality issues to senior team members.
7. Agile Delivery Methodologies: The candidate should have experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and should be familiar with the different architectural patterns used in software solutions.
8. Code Quality & Debugging: Ensuring that the code delivered meets quality standards and that bugs or issues are resolved promptly.
9. Sprint Participation: Actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This means the candidate should be comfortable with Agile practices and work well in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
