Selection Parameters

Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with a strong background in one or more Oracle Cloud modules.

Basic understanding of the Security Console and its application in securing Oracle Cloud environments.

SOD Concepts

Understanding conflicts in user roles and responsibilities to prevent fraud/errors.

Designing and implementing access control policies to maintain compliance.

FSCM Security

Securing financial and supply chain processes (e.g., receivables, payables, procurement).

Experience with role-based access control and managing user permissions in FSCM.

HCM Security

Securing HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee data.

Understanding of role hierarchies and data masking to maintain confidentiality.

Reporting Security

Securing sensitive data in reports and dashboards.

Defining access controls for BI tools and custom reports.

Risk Management and Compliance (RMC)

Identifying and mitigating risks related to compliance and governance.

Familiarity with frameworks like SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.

Business Process

Understanding end-to-end business processes and dependencies.

Identifying gaps and recommending process improvements while maintaining security.

Automated Controls

Configuring and managing automated controls for transactions and processes.

Designing alerts/workflows to flag compliance issues proactively.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Ability to present technical findings and provide actionable recommendations.

The cyber risk services As part of Cyber Application Security team, you will be part of our Oracle Cloud SaaS practice and will be responsible for delivering Oracle Cloud security implementations and assessments. Responsibilities will include assessment, design and implementation of end user security, and/or Oracle Risk Management Cloud. The team delivers service to clients through following key areas:

User provisioning

Role management

BI and OTBI Reporting security

Governance, Risk and Compliance

Work you'll do

The key job responsibilities will be to:

Design, and implement customized, scalable and SOX compliant security solutions

Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues, including interacting with technology vendors

Identify, design, customize and implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud Controls as part of Governance, Risk and Compliance solution

Attend client design workshop sessions, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for projects

Required skills

At least 2-4 years of experience delivering full cycle of Oracle Cloud Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices relates to ERP security

Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with a strong background in one or more Oracle Cloud modules.

Basic understanding of the Security Console and its application in securing Oracle Cloud environments.

Demonstrate an understanding of business processes designs, cloud security risk, Oracle application security and risk management

Experience in Oracle cloud security console, like building custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement and User administration activities like add/modify user accounts, add/remove roles, assign data security context, creating data roles, custom security profiles and area of responsibilities assignments

Experience in implementing role-based security, Oracle Cloud Quarterly patch analysis and regression testing, supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including configuration in lower environments, migration, and QA, reviewing, audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights, performing segregation of duties (SOD) and mitigating risks

Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting incidents, performing license analysis, regression testing for patch releases, and supporting audit requirements

Experience in securing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) reports/data models/subject areas/analysis

Experience in coordinating with development teams, functional teams, business leads, information security & risk management teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred skills

Experience in Oracle GRC or Oracle Risk Management Cloud

Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM modules

Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred

Security Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA is a plus

Automation using Python, C# or VBA

Troubleshooting and analytical skills using PL-SQL queries

Functional Resources required with exp on cloud security.

Communications needs to be good. Candidate should be able articulate his work experience.
