IAM Security Analyst

As an IAM Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets by managing and enhancing identity and access management processes. Your responsibilities will include implementing security controls, conducting access reviews, and ensuring the secure and compliant provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities. Key Responsibilities : Access Management : Implement and manage access controls to ensure appropriate user access to systems, applications, and data. Review and analyze access requests, ensuring compliance with security policies. User Lifecycle Management : Execute secure and efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to synchronize user data and maintain accurate user profiles. Access Reviews and Certifications : Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to verify the appropriateness of user access. Collaborate with business units to remediate access-related issues and discrepancies. Security Controls Implementation : Implement and manage security controls within the IAM framework. Configure and maintain authentication, authorization, and multi-factor authentication mechanisms. Incident Response : Monitor IAM-related security incidents and anomalies. Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and remediate security incidents. IAM Tool Administration : Administer IAM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Stay updated on the latest features and security enhancements of IAM solutions. Security Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies. Assist in the preparation and response to security audits and assessments. Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of IAM security configurations and processes. Develop and update procedural documentation for IAM-related activities. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to enhance overall security posture. Provide guidance to IT teams on IAM best practices.
