Your responsibilities will include implementing security controls, conducting access reviews, and ensuring the secure and compliant provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities. Key Responsibilities : Access Management : Implement and manage access controls to ensure appropriate user access to systems, applications, and data. Review and analyze access requests, ensuring compliance with security policies. User Lifecycle Management : Execute secure and efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to synchronize user data and maintain accurate user profiles. Access Reviews and Certifications : Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to verify the appropriateness of user access. Collaborate with business units to remediate access-related issues and discrepancies. Security Controls Implementation : Implement and manage security controls within the IAM framework. Configure and maintain authentication, authorization, and multi-factor authentication mechanisms. Incident Response : Monitor IAM-related security incidents and anomalies. Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and remediate security incidents. IAM Tool Administration : Administer IAM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Stay updated on the latest features and security enhancements of IAM solutions. Security Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies. Assist in the preparation and response to security audits and assessments. Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of IAM security configurations and processes. Develop and update procedural documentation for IAM-related activities. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to enhance overall security posture. Provide guidance to IT teams on IAM best practices.
