Job Role:

1. The candidate need to possess good leadership skills, Integrity & Team collaboration skills.

2. Preparation of BOQ.

3. Proper end-to-end execution planning

4. Daily customer interaction during execution, setting and achieving targets with 100% assurance

5. Requirement of good presentation skills for convincing both the customer and our top management.

6. Timely ROW tracking and obtaining NOC.

7. Tracking for timely release of service partner PO for respective sites with the assistance of the commercial team.

8. Weekly governance meetings with all service partners to achieve 100% targets as per the customer's requirements.

9. Material tracking with the help of all concerned team members.

10. Daily conference calls with all fiber leads and engineers.

11. Site visits for critical work or deviations.

12. Responding to any escalations from the customer within 12 hours, providing proper justification and ensuring satisfactory issue resolution.

13. Ensuring all safety measures are taken during execution and conducting safety awareness programs for our service partners and field engineers.

14. Conducting surprise audits for execution quality and safety both offline or online as per the feasibility.

15. Timely submission of the job along with the quality central team for quality review after work completion.

16. Engaging with the customer and quality team to obtain the AT certificate on time.

17. Timely invoicing after obtaining the AT certificate.

18. Certifying service partner invoices on time for maintaining good relations in the future work.

19. Always initiating cost-saving ideas for our organization.
