Leads all digital transformation initiatives (including SAP / IBP) for formulation and API business and cuts across all geographies. This role will be responsible for developing the overall design in this area across the functional domains of demand, supply, capacity and material planning.

The role will drive process change, transformation across planning process and functions and drives training for all users and ensure stabilization of the new processes and also manages / leads the core and extended team members dedicated for this.

Also lead the Analytics portfolio of Integrated Planning function driving performance analytics of Supply Chain, identifying and prioritization of problems and improvement opportunities, and communication of end results to stakeholders.

I. Lead all digital transformation project design including SAP / IBP as per the overall project timelines

Also, develop and Implement the GSCM 3.0 related Digital initiatives.

II. Implementation of the same.as per the overall project timelines

IV. Manage / engage multiple stake-holders who are involved

V. Lead the analytics portfolio of the Integrated Planning function

VI. Drive automation of Supply Chain KPIs to generate business relevant reports

Educational qualifications:

Post Graduate in Management in SCM or Operations

Relevant experience:

8+ years experience. Strong knowledge of SAP MRP systems as well as very good functional knowledge of processes and best practices from the industry

Skill set : Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, ability to influence cross functional stakeholders, project management skills, entrepreneurial mindset to drive impact in new areas
