Senior Executive - Finance

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Demonstrating proficiency in Tally (India) and QuickBooks (US) for managing daily accounting tasks, including posting payment entries, vendor invoices, and team reimbursements with GST refund compliance.
• Preparing Excel sheets for accounts payable, assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis, and making Advance tax/ GST, TDS/ PF payments and filing return thereof.
• Tracking compliance due dates, coordinating with auditors, updating AR files, following up on overdue invoices, and performing financial reconciliations (Bank, GST ITC, TDS).
• Supporting US Ramp card transactions update and preparing monthly timesheets for billed hours.
• Oversee monthly salary processing of employees and coordinate with the HR team on payroll-related matters.
• Responsible for timely closure of India books and providing MIS to management.

Education and Experience

• CA Inter/ CWA preferred with 3-5 years of experience.
• B.com/ M.com with 5-7 years of experience
• CA Inter / CWA candidates will be given preference.
• 3+ years of experience with Tally.
• Experience with QuickBooks will be given preference.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
• Experience with payroll, inter-company transactions, and consolidation is beneficial.
• Experience in preparation of financial statements and management of auditors
