Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, and Power Automate.

The Power Platform Developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Create automated workflows and business process automation solutions using Power Automate and Power apps.

- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Customize and extend existing applications built on the Power Platform to meet evolving business needs.

- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability and performance of Power Platform solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.

- Provide training and support to end-users on using Power Platform applications effectively.

- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and deployment instructions for Power Platform solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and data analysts to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Exp range : 10 to 12 yrs

- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, custom connectors, API).

- Proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps solutions with a focus on user experience and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with building complex workflows and automations using Power Automate.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL databases, and data integration concepts.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as Power Platform

- Fundamentals, Power Apps Developer Associate) are a plus
