Job Description
- Engineering Experience (EXP) comprises leaders, product managers, software and DevOps engineers, and business analysts, all aligned on delivering broad value across numerous enablement spaces, from public cloud technologies to developer portals and observability tools. EXP partners closely with its stakeholders within Cimpress Technology and beyond to enable hyper-localized and business-wide outcomes that enhance the engineering experience and journey of our companies' products, services, and customers.
- The Yeti team within EXP supports the Cimpress Technology development community by offering guidance and tools to minimize the time spent on repetitive operational tasks, allowing more focus on providing value to end-customers. At the heart of our development philosophy lies a strong emphasis on data, automation, iterative development, and best practices. As a Site Reliability Engineer (PR1), you'll be part of a skilled engineering group responsible for upholding quality DevOps, observability, and reliability concepts throughout the organization.
- What You Will Do. Engage with customers to understand their challenges and help provide basic solutions to meet their observability needs using SaaS products and open-source tools under the guidance of senior team members. (GitLab, New Relic, PagerDuty, and more). Support SaaS products in a production environment by performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing common issues following documented and well-defined procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in an asynchronous work environment, contributing to clear documentation and iterative development.
- Consume small-scale, manageable, tasks and contribute to the development of proof of concepts.
