About the Team

The Product Analytics team is embedded within Vista’s product organization to drive strategic opportunities, optimize the customer experience, and empower decision-making with data. The Product Team within Vistaprint Corporate Solutions is committed to building exceptional products that provide immense value to our customers. Comprising skilled product managers, UX designers, and engineers, our team collaborates closely with global marketing, sales, and customer service teams. We leverage advanced analytics to enhance customer experiences and drive continuous improvement across our product offerings.  

About the Role

As the Senior Data Analyst for the Product Teams, you will play a crucial role in strengthening Vistaprint’s position as the premier design and marketing partner for small businesses. You will take a consultative approach, working to support data-driven decision-making while proactively identifying high-value events and interactions within our products. You are technically adept yet able to convey the business significance behind complex metrics and drive actionable recommendations.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to identify opportunities and drive customer value by analyzing customer engagement, business performance, contact center interactions, and transactional data using multiple dashboards, data sources, and analytical techniques.

• Act as a data and insights consultant throughout the product development lifecycle, including product discovery, solution design, and experimentation.

• Mentor and coach product teams in reporting and monitoring their metrics while partnering with internal stakeholders to build intuitive analytics tools, reports, and custom visualizations.

• Analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports on contact center operations, identifying performance trends and improvement opportunities.

• Support the design of A/B or percentage roll-out tests to optimize customer experiences and provide insightful recommendations based on test results.

• Coach and mentor junior analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.

• Strong technical skills in SQL (Snowflake), web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with Optimizely, Statsig, or other experimentation tools is a plus.

• Deep understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques, with the ability to identify key patterns and trends in data.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into concrete analytical tasks.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly to different audiences.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering analytics projects that support multiple business partners.

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.

• Familiarity with Quantum Metric, Indicative, or other product analytics tools is a plus.
