Job Description
- Lead your area of the product in conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform product development and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product team (or BDM) to identify and prioritize product features that enhance the user experience
- Work closely with leadership across product, engineering, marketing, and data science to ensure that UX design aligns with business goals
- Work with engineering teams to ensure that design requirements are met, and high-quality designs are delivered on time Become an expert in your product area
- 3+ years of experience in UX design Strong knowledge of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practicesProven track record of delivering successful, innovative, and highly usable products with excellent design sensibility
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Strong bias for action and highly resourceful High bar for quality, able to inspire those around you to do their best work
- Experience working in the IT software firms
- You are self-motivated and able to dive in to resolve issues you see
- You have strong communication and presentations skills and have experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- You have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and are able balance speed with the appropriate level of depth to deliver actionable insights quickly
- As a Product Designer, you are a doer, a maker, and a passionate advocate of a delightful customer experience
- You will inspire product teams to think and design differently
- You will provide solid UX expertise across multiple product lines and cross functional teams
- Your designs will help us achieve our vision for the platform
