Job Description
- 14+ years of experience in delivery management, project management and quality engineering.
- Strong domain / functional expertise in Asset Management - Banking (aladdin or similar products in trading / integrations, Derivatives / forex)
- Ability plan and implement tech Driven QE (such as Automation, Pipelines, Release Checkouts, NFR's validation)
- Ability to understand, strategize QE scope
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies, ability to handle multi skilled resources and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Review progress, metrics, and conflicts
- Provide continuous feedback to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with the QA team and attend retrospective meetings
- Meet with client leadership and discuss project progress, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
