Technical Lead

• Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and experience working in a Linux environment.
• Remote Management and Monitoring:
• Experience in remote server management tools (HP iLO, Cisco CIMC, Lenovo XCC, IBM IMM, Supermicro IPMI, Oracle ILOM).
• Understanding of remote console access for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Health monitoring: Knowledge of server health monitoring features and interpreting diagnostics data.
• Firmware and System Updates:
• Experience with firmware management (updating, patching) for servers.
• Knowledge of how to apply updates to management controllers like iLO, CIMC, XCC, etc.
• Experience with real-time data collection and streaming protocols (e.g., SNMP, IPMI, Redfish).

Good to have :

• Power management: Ability to control server power (power on, off, reset) remotely.
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms (e.g., AES, RSA) for secure communication between components.Role & responsibilities
