About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Counselling Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions. As a Pre-Counselling Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective students, providing them with information about overseas education opportunities, and converting them to book counseling session with Cialfo guides.
What you will be doing
Conduct outbound calls to potential students and provide information about various overseas education programs.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and guide them to book counseling sessions with Cialfo guides.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have previously shown interest or not responded to nurture relationships and encourage session bookings.
Collaborate with Cialfo guides to prioritise hot and warm leads.
Prepare and refine sales pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities, conversions, and challenges faced, sharing insights with management.
Build strategy beyond telecalling for engaging and converting prospect students
About You
Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelors degree.
Experience
Prior experience in client relationship or sales .
