Branch Business Manager - Vehicle Manager

Role & responsibilities -

'1. Responsible for branch profitability

2. Drive branch sales and ensure achievement of branch targets, both volume and rate, across all product lines (Retail, Direct, Tractor and CE)

3. Drive achievement of assigned collections, handle chronic/ critical cases and ensure maintenance of quality collection portfolio

4. Manage administrative activities, enable smooth functioning of branch operations and ensure audit compliance

5. Manage branch team for achievement of branch targets

The Branch Business Manager is responsible for profitability of the branch. The role holder is responsible for driving sales targets across all product lines. The role holder is responsible for driving achievement of assigned collections, handling chronic / critical cases and ensuring maintenance of quality collections portfolio for the branch. Managing administrative activities, enabling smooth functioning of branch operations, ensuring audit compliance and managing branch team is critical for the role.

Preferred candidate profile -

'- Graduate with 4 to 6 years experience with any NBFCs / Banks is preferred

- Experience of 3 - 4 years in sales / collections function in the Vehicle Finance business

- Potential to lead and manage a branch

- Must have good knowledge of the local market

- Must be proficient in the vernacular
