Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow the business.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers, increasing market share, and expanding product offerings.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in vehicle finance industry (two wheeler loan/vehicle finance).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of local markets, regulations, and cultural nuances.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
