Choice Techlab - Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Playwright Testing (2-3 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software products.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and Playwright.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and implement test automation strategies.

- Create and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, and API testing.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our test automation framework.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Investigate and troubleshoot test failures to identify root causes.

- Help drive continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in TypeScript language.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Playwright.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in REST API automation.

- Experience in behavior-driven development approach, preferably Cucumber.

- Proficiency in Node.js and source control management using Bitbucket or GitHub.

- Experience in understanding, creating, and maintaining REST API endpoints collections in Postman or Swagger.
