Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced QC Supervisor to join our team and oversee the quality control of our clothing production. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in garment quality checking and will be responsible for ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the quality control process for all linen garments produced.
• Conduct detailed inspections of finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports.
• Conduct regular training for staff on quality standards and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in garment quality control.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric quality.
• Experience with linen fabric is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
