About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff - Marketing to be a key driver of our growth and innovation. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking & Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define and prioritize key strategic goals and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive marketing growth and business impact.
- Serve as a liaison between the department head and the broader team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Lead cross-functional projects to support the marketing vision and objectives.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and design solutions to enhance productivity.
- Establish and maintain streamlined workflows for campaign management, content creation, and program execution.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability in marketing operations.
Analytics & Insights:
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Create actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing analytics team to implement data-driven decision-making practices.
Seamless Execution of Initiatives:
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee the coordination and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or a related leadership role.
- Previous experience in branding/GTM strategy/ Founder's Office role in a start-up or a consumer brand.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Adept at problem-solving and process improvement in dynamic environments.
- Experience working in fast-paced industries, such as fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments, is a plus.
