1. Develop plans for RoW for released scope (Intracity, Tower,
NLD, FTTX and Facilities) of state. 2. Provide on time RoW
support to complete the project work at state within target
timeline.3. Ensure proactive liasioning4. Ensure adherence to
budget5. Resolve RoW & permission related issues for speedy
completion of project work6. Optimize the usage of resources 20 - 25 years
