Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer functions as a strategic business leader of a hotels maintenance operations.

The position is required to ensure the maintenance of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixture and equipment in all the departments of the hotel and meet the brand s standards, target customer needs, ensure associate satisfaction, focus on growing revenues, maximize the financial performance of the department and oversee the development & implementation of the departmental strategies.

As a member of the Executive Committee, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand s target customer, resulting in creating an iconic and profitable hotel.
