• Sales: Driving sales and ensuring the store meets its sales targets
• Staff: Training, disciplining for new employee.
• Store environment: Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that complies with health and safety regulations
• Visual merchandising: Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising standards.
• Communication: Keeping the team well informed on all communications, policies, and processes
• Accountability: Taking accountability of all cash and stock related matters
• Purchase as per company requirements
• To do Reporting on the basis of company norms.
