Fire Fighter

Experience

1-3 years of experience in fire fighting and rescue operations, preferably in an airport or aviation environment.

Education Qualification

Bachelors or equivalent. Additional certification in fire fighting and rescue operations is preferred.

• Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protocols.
• Respond to fire and rescue emergencies, including aircraft incidents, structural fires, and medical emergencies.
• Operate and maintain fire fighting and rescue equipment such as fire trucks, hoses, and breathing apparatus.
• Participate in fire prevention programs, including training sessions, drills, and public awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with airport personnel, air traffic control, and emergency response teams to ensure a prompt and effective response to incidents.
• Document all fire and rescue activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare incident reports as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest fire fighting techniques, equipment, and regulations to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other emergency services and agencies to develop and execute emergency response plans.
• Participate in the development and implementation of airport emergency preparedness and response procedures.
