Experiences: 20 + years, transportation sector

1. To build deep technical capacity, database of traffic flows & experience within our group which will result in optimal use of resources.
2. Reduced dependency on consultants. Capability to create inhouse data base of all the transport modes in the Country & to estimate accurate traffic for our future bids/acquisitions.
3. Better Co -0rdiantion among the teams at the time of pre- bid and at the time of actual execution as both the team being in house will reduce the dependency upon consultant for pre-bid and post bid working.
4. For existing toll projects to identify traffic leakages and also help to formulate strategies for traffic/revenue improvement.
5. Traffic and Toll Revenue Assessment studies for multiple road assets on different PPP models.
6. Economical analysis, techno-economic feasibility studies for flyovers and highways, pre-feasibility/feasibility studies, strategic options and large road network planning studies for various states in India.
7. Supervision of traffic and highway surveys.
