Review material master request for completeness and accuracy. Work with requestor for additional information and ensure that the request quality is ensured.

Classifying Materials : Categorize materials based on their types, such as operational spares, general spares, chemicals, and consumables

Data Validation and Inspection : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of material data by validating and inspecting it before entry into the system

De-Duplicate material master: Identify duplicate material masters with reference to part number, Material master characteristics

Support in Data Cleansing

1. Eliminate Errors and Inconsistencies : Correct inaccuracies and standardize data formats to ensure uniformity across all systems
2. Remove Duplicates : Identify and eliminate duplicate entries to streamline inventory management and reduce redundancy
3. Enhance Data Quality : Improve the overall quality of material data, making it more reliable for decision-making and operational efficiency
